Our mission is to help Connecticut towns safely adapt to the e-bike craze while promoting tourism, sustainability, and healthy lifestyles. Every dollar we raise goes directly back into maintaining, expanding, and improving ShoreRide’s community mobility programs. ShoreRide is more than just a transportation solution—it’s a catalyst for local growth, community wellness, and environmental progress. By integrating ShoreRide into their infrastructure, towns gain a powerful tool to enhance mobility, reduce traffic, and support both residents and visitors alike.

Maintenance & Support Plan

ShoreRide Inc. conducts weekly on-site inspections and cleaning. Each town receives a detailed report with photos. Our team handles all repairs, aesthetic upkeep, and system checks to ensure top-notch service with zero town burden.

1. Maintenance Overview

ShoreRide is committed to maintaining all e-bike kiosks and bikes at the highest standard to ensure safety, usability, and cleanliness. Our team performs regular inspections and proactive service to avoid disruptions and reduce municipal involvement.

3. On-Site Repairs & Cleaning

  •  All repairs and adjustments are completed on-site by trained ShoreRide technicians.

  • Regular cleaning of kiosks, screens, docking bays, and bikes.

  • Tires, brakes, lights, and batteries are inspected during each service visit.
